| I am a professional Life Coach who specializes in helping people achieve goals by getting them "unstuck." My help can occur in any area of a person's life: everyday routine, personal growth, relationships or career coaching, and I maintain a private practice in Oakland, CA.
I serve as a practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a Life Coach, I’ve also used my skills and talents successfully in the corporate and non-profit worlds. Some of my work has included human performance management, work systems analysis, organizational psychology and administrative design across the country in industries such as social services, communications, insurance, education, veterinary medicine, specialized marketing, alternative medicine, pharmaceuticals and the federal government.
I am a collaborative, solution-focused Life Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques, special work tools and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you.
